Processing Time

Each treasure is carefully handcrafted. Orders take 1–3 business days to prepare before shipping.

Shipping Times

Shipping speed depends on the method you choose at checkout. Once your package is with the carrier, any delays are out of our paws—but we’ll always help if something seems off.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We ship to the exact address provided and can’t replace items sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow your treasure’s journey to your door.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package gets delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we’ll assist however we can. Carriers may require time to investigate, but we’re here to help every step of the way.

International Shipping (Optional)

If you ship only in the U.S., say:

“We currently ship within the U.S. only.”

If you ship worldwide, say:

“International orders may take longer to arrive and may include customs fees.”

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
